At first I was not sure, but everything was excellent. The staff were all amazing. The room was well appointed and clean, I loved the finishes in the remodeled room, very nice. I definitely plan on staying there again.
We stayed here for a Tahitian dance competition from 9/24-26. The PM Front Desk (can't recall his name) and Security Jason went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and just great friendly service. The competition is once every year and we plan to stay here again. Being in the Hospitality Industry myself and knowing the challenges of increasing labor cost forcing businesses to run lean. Finding quality employees are slim to none. You lucked out with these two. They were very kind and accommodating to my children. Keep up the good work!
Clean room but narrow bathtub. Good location near freeway and shops. Coffee machine in the room could use an upgrade.
I recently booked 1 night with them not knowing what to expect but I was very surprised by their wonderful front desk employees. I booked a 2nd night since I really enjoyed myself. I noticed that it was not just one person but all employees had such wonderful smile, eager to assist and kindly go above and beyond the service expected of them. Really nice area, great parking space and wonderful staff!
I stay there weekly for business. The rooms are beautiful, clean and eco friendly, and the staff is top notch, very welcoming and. helpful. I wish they had free breakfast, and that the EV chargers would be updated to work with my car, but those are very minor concerns for me.
Nicely renovated hotel - rates are cheap in this area and convenient to the freeway. Love the laminate vs carpet in the rooms, bathroom was very functional. Super friendly staff at night and in the morning. Nice bar/ coffee area. Guest laundry!
This Marriott is great. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are upgraded and modern with nice views. The beds are so comfy and clean. AC works great!! If you are going through "The Change" ladies you will love it!! I woke up so relaxed and refreshed the next morning I totally forgot I took off my wedding ring and left it on the night stand!! When I realized it we immediately called the front desk and they checked and the housekeeping staff turned it in!!! They were so nice to hold it for me at the front desk. I'm so grateful for the staff at the Marriott you guys are awesome. Proves there are still good honest hard working people left on this planet ! Thank you !!!!!
